Lesser Spotted Woodpecker [mindre hackspett]
The lesser spotted woodpecker is not very common in Sweden, in fact this is my third. And I almost missed this one altogether … Maltes stig, Saltkällan, on March 25, 2017.

Lesser Spotted Woodpecker [mindre hackspett]
Actually a somewhat rare bird: the lesser spotted woodpecker, on its way to check out the hole made by its greater cousin. Älje-Porsen nature reserve, Uddevalla, on May 3, 2015.
